Inspired by New York’s famously diverse (and delicious) pizza culture, this takeaway gem offers a choose your own adventure with either a New York City or Detroit-style pizza. New York pizzas are 16” of foldable, golden-crusted dough, baked to cheesy perfection in a specialized 500°F pizza oven. Detroit is the doughier cousin with a square, deep-dish crust and golden edges crispy with cheese. Bubbly and delicious, you can’t go wrong with this true comfort food.
