A four-storey boutique hotel planned for 34th Avenue, from Leonard Development Group, the team giving Marda Loop's old houses a new purpose. The permit was approved in fall 2025, and it's designed small and quaint to suit the street. The renderings show a stone gabled entry, a restaurant, a spa, boutique shops and a Robert Sweep Interiors showroom. A chic place to put up visiting family, steps from dinner.
