Reformed Pilates
Hot Pilates in a beautiful space, with a community that keeps you coming back. The workouts are tough and the results show, so come ready to challenge yourself. Four locations means there's one near almost everyone, and two of them open at 7:30 on Saturdays.
Marda Loop
Studio M
A locally owned, women-only studio upstairs in the Loop, with reformer, barre, mat and yoga under one roof. Finish in the infrared sauna, which comes with every membership. Your first Intro Reformer class is free on Saturdays, so there's no excuse not to try it.
Seven locations: Mission, Marda Loop, West Hillhurst, West Springs, Royal Oak, Shawnessy and 130th Ave SE
Club Pilates
The easy entry point, and the one most likely to be in your neighbourhood. Booking runs through an app, classes run from 6 am most weekdays, and instructors are patient with first-timers figuring out the springs.
Mission
Junction 9 Yoga & Pilates
Inglewood's Junction 9 now has a Mission home with Pilates on the schedule alongside yoga.
West Springs
Reposé Club
The luxe one. Small classes on reformer, chair and Cadillac, which almost nobody else in the city offers, and a café pouring matcha and smoothies for after.
Seton
Unify Pilates
A bright, welcoming studio that makes Pilates feel less intimidating. Classes are challenging, with modifications offered for every level, and the 6 am start suits the commuter crowd.
Britannia
Lagree YYC
Pilates, but make it shake. Slow, brutal, effective, and you'll feel it climbing the stairs the next day.
Manchester
