Bridgeland and Area
Just across the river from downtown, Bridgeland packs more good food per block than almost anywhere in the city. 1st Avenue NE is the spine: ramen, brunch lineups, a champagne bar in a pink house and a neighbourhood pub, all within a few minutes' walk. Bar Gigi, one of Canada's 100 Best, is around the corner. Up the hill, Edmonton Trail in Renfrew adds a pizzeria on the world's 100 best list, a French bistro and a burger stand with more than 50 years behind it. This page covers Bridgeland, Riverside, Renfrew and Crescent Heights.
