Inglewood and Area
Calgary's oldest neighbourhood is still one of its best for an afternoon on foot. 9th Avenue SE has three dinners in heritage buildings, a free contemporary art space, a record store you can lose an afternoon in and some of the prettiest shops in the city, with Brewery Flats a few blocks away. Across the Elbow, East Village adds the Simmons Building on the river, two of Canada's 100 Best and Cōchu's chocolate behind the Central Library. This page covers Inglewood, Ramsay and East Village.

- Lunch: A sausage on a bun at Spolumbo's, or a Super Variety sandwich and those fries.
- Afternoon: Brewery Flats: Cold Garden with the dogs, then the front patio at High Line Taproom.
